Email legend@xlunaverse.com with the subject Bad Beach account deletion. Tell us the email used for your account and what you want deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send your password.

No game installation is needed to make this request. Use this route if you cannot sign in, or to ask about data that sign-in deletion does not remove.

What this removes

Your Firebase sign-in account and active receipt-service records, including purchase tokens and entitlement links. Pending requests retry until sign-in deletion is confirmed. Provider records and log retention follow our privacy policy.

What stays separate

Local guest Rep, game preferences and saved score images.
Photon guest/network records and provider security logs.
Posts or images already sent to social apps.

For these other records, use the relevant service's controls or contact legend@xlunaverse.com for help.

Deletion removes this account’s paid access. A new account cannot restore purchases linked to the deleted identity. Google Play order records and refund requests remain separate.

If a request times out, the form reports an unknown outcome. It will not automatically retry deletion or claim success.
